Having a master’s degree in Human Development and pursuing a PhD in Human Development, my subject has provided a broader field to understand children based on their multiple levels and various aspects. Mainly focused on children I have been able to study their holistic developments in my subject. Being the first such study in Kashmir, I have also worked on child sexual abuse and published my work as well. With my current focus on “child abuse,” I have come through multiple ways of parenting during the past three years that made me realise how much there is a need to help parents in parenting better.
With my experience of dealing with parents, I am now a certified parenting coach to help parents understand their parenting better.
I am from Kashmir, already a beautiful place where now I intend to beautify the parenting process as well. Being a mother to a beautiful daughter and a research scholar, I feel like I have been blessed with a responsibility to make my daughter’s life beautiful and help parents see themselves how they intend to be.
