My name is Susmita Kumari Rout. I am a Parenting Coach, Adminstator, Brand Partner. My school days covered from Delhi Public School. I received my bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Utkal University and Master’s in industrial Biotechnology from SOA University. I have served as a School Principal cum coordinator cum counselor, Directors of Educational Institutes, Academic counselor in colleges for all total of twelve years. All my roles has truly been rewarding. I am passionate about helping students reach their full academic, social and emotional potential. My philosophy is student-centered and solution focused. I also believe in a comprehensive counselling program that addresses the academic, career and personal/social development of all students.
