I am an Ayurvedic doctor who graduated from Pune University in 1989. After dedicating over 15 years to my practice as an Ayurvedic Consultant, my journey into holistic medicine began. I expanded my expertise to include Yoga and acupressure, which ignited my curiosity about Psychology.

As a mother of teenage sons, I decided to pursue further education, defying age norms. At the age of 42, I embarked on a new academic adventure and successfully completed my Postgraduate Diploma in School Psychology from Pune University.

This marked the beginning of my continuous pursuit of knowledge. I continued to enroll in various courses, constantly upgrading my skills. Eventually, I established a thriving practice as a school counselor, prenatal coach, parenting coach, and relationship coach. My diverse background and commitment to personal growth have allowed me to offer comprehensive support to individuals and families on their unique journeys to well-being.
