I am a Counseling Psychologist, a Life Coach, a Parenting Coach, and an aspiring Author, independently practicing in Mumbai.

I work for a reputed school of Mumbai (Senior Secondary) as a School Counselor and Life Skills Coach where I coach around 450 students each year and attend to their life skills development and mental health issues. I also cater as a Staff Mental Health Coach for the same institution.

I am in the flow of discovering my expertise in the space of youth empowerment through developing/strengthening their EQ, motivating them through various talks, workshops, and therapeutic activities, rebuilding self-confidence, and training the young minds to be more agile and open to embracing life completely and learn to seek happiness beyond the tangibles. To achieve my mission I need the handholding of empathetic, understandin,g and sensible parents thus, I am here to lend my support in coaching each individual parent to raise their children in the best possible ways.
